Prayerful Candlelight Flow

This 60 minute class is intended to provide a space to slow down and ease your body as it transitions from the weekend to the work week. The class will start with a prayerfully guided grounding series followed by an intentionally sequenced flow leading to a peak pose, wrapping up with a cool down series that will stretch and relax your body for a night of rest and rejuvenation. Equipment will be provided if you do not have your own (or don't want to bring yours!). This class will be Christ-based spiritually; however, all are invited. 

Payment of $10 can be done online here or pay $5 cash at time of class. Once you regsiter for class, Cinna will reach out and confirm with you, as well as check in about any medical needs to ensure the class is designed in a way that supports all bodies in the room. Classes that are paid ahead of time are not refundable, but can be applied to future classes accordingly. Any pre-paid money will not be transferable in the event of no call/no show.
